The Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mr. Jérôme CAUCHARD, awarded seven Bahraini doctors participating in the Franco-Bahraini medical specialization program with French language diplomas at B2 level, after completing their French language studies, in a single year, at the Alliance Française de Bahreïn.
The program offers the opportunity for Bahraini doctors to specialize in several medical fields. This program was the subject of an intergovernmental agreement signed in 2019 during the visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to France. The embassy is following its implementation.
It aims to exchange experiences in the field of medicine and health between the French Republic and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The seven doctors have completed their learning of the French language after one year of study with an average of 600 hours at Alliance France in Bahrain.
It should be noted that this program encourages physicians to acquire French experience. The doctors will start specializing in French hospitals from November 1, 2020 and this program is open to 5 doctors per year.
